> Max Pull-ups in 3 attempts

OHS - 235pr (245x2 = 2 rep pr)
Pull-ups - 43, 30, 21 = 94
*Torn hands limited me big time
Total = 329

10:00am WOD
Max Wt Clean and Jerk
*my hands were too destryed to do this, so I did high rep back squats at 225#
