7 Deadlifts (225#)
7 Push Jerks (165#)
7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

Followed by:

5 x 3 Power Clean (225# used for all 5 sets)

I have hit the preverbial wall. It started with chickening out of doing HSPU which were prescribed. Instead I did Push Jerks.

Time to rest and recover.
