WOD:

4 Minute Interval - 4 Rounds

Complete:
10 GHD sit ups
10 KB Swings (53lb)
10 Box jumps
10 Lunges
10 Pull Ups

Then, complete as many reps as possibe in the remaining time, of:
Rd 1 - Back Squats (135#)
Rd 2 - Muscle Ups
Rd 3 - Power Snatch (95#)
Rd 4 - Double unders

*Score is the number of reps at the end of each round
Squats - 46
Muscle Ups - 12
Power Snatch - 18
Double Unders - 100
