5 Rounds, Each for Time (1 min rest between rounds)
- 10 Weighted Box Jumps (35lb KB in each hand)
- 15m Weighted Lunges (35lb KB in each hand)
- 20 Push Ups
- 5 Muscle Ups
*1.27, 1.26, 2.37, 3.06, 3.14
This got hard quickly.
