WOD:

- 800M Run
- 35 Wall Ball
- 50 Back Extensions
- 100ft Walking Lunges
- 25 HSPU
- 400M Run
- 50 KB Snatches (53#)
- 50 Box Jumps
- 75 Sit Ups
- 25 Burpees
- 200M Run

*26.14

(Spent 2 days on the HSPU, everything else felt good- even the runs)
