Strength/Skill

Snatch Practice
175x2, 185x2, 195x2, 205F
Felt great until 205 and my shoulders weren't holding up.

1 Rep Max Deadlift - 445(PR!)

100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

*15.22
Felt Slow but did the sit ups and squats un-broken which is good for me.
